Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide Using the 19myr Platform

By accessing or using the 19myr platform on any device – whether a computer, smartphone, or tablet – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 19myr platform.

In this document, "19myr", "we", and "platform" refer to the entity operating the website and services under the 19myr brand. "Player", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who registers for or uses 19myr's services. "Account" means a player account officially registered on the 19myr platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with 19myr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail over other documents unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To make full use of 19myr's services – including making deposits, placing bets, and claiming bonuses – you are required to register a valid account. The registration process requires accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name, active email address, Malaysian phone number, and actual date of birth.

• Each player is only permitted to hold one account at 19myr. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and full forfeiture of balances.
• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. 19myr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 19myr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a player's own disclosure of their password.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected. Required documents include a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• 19myr reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time. Failure to comply with the verification process may result in the account being suspended until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on the 19myr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 19myr does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Accepted payment methods are limited to Malaysian e-wallets and local online banking only.

For withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal amount at 19myr is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, 19myr is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party factors, including technical issues on the part of e-wallet providers.

19myr offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including deposit bonuses, cashback, odds boosters, and special promotions for events such as the MPL Malaysia Grand Final or major EPL football matches. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified rollover requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The rollover requirement is the total wagering amount that must be completed. For example: a MYR100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must wager a total of MYR1,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The validity period for each bonus is stated in the respective promotion. Bonuses whose requirements are not met within the specified period will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• Each player is eligible to claim each bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.

All bets placed on 19myr are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for carefully reviewing their bet slip before confirming. 19myr will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except under the circumstances outlined in our cancellation policy.

• The minimum bet across all game categories is RM1 unless otherwise specified for particular markets or matches.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and player account category. These limits can be found within the respective game settings.
• Winnings are automatically credited to the player's account once results are finalised. The time taken to calculate winnings depends on the game type.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 19myr will settle bets based on data recorded by our servers, which shall be considered the official record.
• Bets placed using funds obtained unlawfully or through fraudulent activity will be voided and the associated account terminated.

All casino games at 19myr use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is audited by an independent, accredited third party. This ensures every round, hand, or reel spin is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including 19myr itself.

For live casino games such as live baccarat, live roulette, and live blackjack, game outcomes are determined by a real dealer in a closely supervised studio environment. All studio activity is recorded and can be reviewed should any dispute arise.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slots title is displayed within the game information. RTP is a theoretical long-term figure and does not guarantee returns for any individual session.
• For poker games, 19myr ensures there is no collusion between players through an active collusion detection system. Accounts suspected of involvement in collusion will be investigated and may be terminated.

• Odds displayed are those in effect at the time the bet is placed. Any changes in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect the locked-in odds for that bet.
• In-play (live) bets are bets placed while a match is in progress. These bets may be rejected by the system if the odds have changed by the time the request is submitted.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• For esports matches that are interrupted due to technical issues and subsequently resumed, locked bets will be settled based on the final result of the completed match.
• 19myr reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed based on inside information or result manipulation. Funds will be returned without winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 19myr platform and may result in immediate account termination, full balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that enables gameplay without the genuine presence of a real player.
• Collusion between players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering using the 19myr platform as a transaction channel.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without the valid owner's authorisation.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or technical error on the platform for unfair gain is strictly prohibited. Any bug discovered must be reported to 19myr immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward any 19myr support staff.

You may close your 19myr account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@19myr.click. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

19myr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud or suspected illegal activity, failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe, or at 19myr's discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

• Valid balances will be returned to players if an account is closed due to technical or business reasons, and not as a result of any player violation.
• Accounts terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in the forfeiture of the entire account balance, including deposited funds and winnings.
• Players who opt for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming programme are not permitted to register a new account during the self-exclusion period.

19myr provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, 19myr does not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical errors, outages, or delays.

19myr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, missed opportunities, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control. 19myr's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the player's disputed deposit within the 30 days preceding the claim.
